Son Lai

Son is our local favourite! A kite surf obsessive, Son learned how to kite on the beach in Mui Ne and grew up with the beach in his blood. He’s an IKO instructor level 2, and is always ready to share his knowledge and humour with his students.

Siobhan Comerford

Having grown up in the Irish countryside, Siobhan is no stranger to beautiful landscapes. She has an MSc in Tourism Management, and knows this industry inside out, thanks to many years working and studying in the tourism sector. She is a kiter, equestrian enthusiast, an avid reader and, since moving to Vietnam, an English teacher! When she’s not in school, you can find her at Source, beavering away on marketing and development, or on the beach with Rocky…official Source mascot!

As a teenager, he moved to Ouakam (Senegal) with his family where he practiced bodyboarding after school, which led him to try kitesurfing on his first visit to Vietnam more than 10 years ago. As co-owner of a restaurant in France, Geo nurtured his passion for cooking. Out of work, there is a big chance you will find him on the beach waiting for the next breeze…

Stanislav Taller

Stan has been a vital member of the Source team since 2018. He has more than 15 years experience in teaching kiting, IKO Level 2 instructor, and he’s a super passionate wave rider. He has been teaching in many places all over the world, but for now, he calls Mui Ne home. Outside of the water, you’ll find him in the Jungle skate bowl, or teaching his daughter, Marta, how to surf! A dedicated and key member of the crew…
